HY-FZF has all advantages of HY-F series air volume adjusting damper, in the meantime, it assembles conveniently and flexibly. It can be used in ventilating duct with different sectional area and has the advantage of simple maintenance.

Its performance and each parameter index all reach the regulation of standard JB/T7228-94 <Volume Damper> of Machinery Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China. It can be widely used in air condition and ventilation system of industrial and civil, to achieve the purpose of controlling air volume exactly.  

 Product Introduction

HY-FZF combined air damper is a kind of large combined air damper designed and developed on the basis of F series air volume adjusting damper. It is the key part of various ventilation model of circle control. It use the F series air volume adjusting damper as the basic unit (called “single damper), and use the drive mechanism to assemble many single dampers into a large synchronous working combined air damper.  

Description

The combined air damper of HY-ZF can meet the requirement of ventilation equipment and smoke extraction equipment in the subway, because it uses the parts of single damper which is heat resisting(-50°C~+285°C) and low leakage and electric actuator which is with heat insulation shell or heat resisting(normal working for one hour under temperature +285°C). It can be widely used in ventilated and exhaust system of subway and where needs large air volume, like as large workshop, warehouse and underground tunnel, etc. which has different technical requirements. According to the technical requirement of project, there are different types of air damper, like as general model, low leakage model and different heat resisting grad model(-50°C~+285°C,-50°C~+205°C,-40°C~+95°C), and different heat resisting grades of electric actuator to choose, so that the combined damper has the best cost performance. 
 

Main performance

1. The performance standard of temperature, leakage, flow characteristic and allowed static pressure of combined air damper is defined by single damper..
2. The max. allowed torque of blade shaft is 35Nm.
3. The user can make requirement about the specification and size of combined air damper, and then our company can design specially according to actual conditions and requirements.
4. The effective ventilation area of combined damper is 80%.
5. Drive type: manual, electricity, air operated, etc.
6. Installation way: horizontal or vertical (according to the onsite particular situation) 

Inner coupling rod drive is independently designed and developed by our company. It is a latest production with the direct drive mechanism and stepless adjusting device of open-close precisely. It greatly improve the performance of HY-ZF combined air damper.

Features

2. High closed torque can be increased by 25-30%) and high reliability, can prolong the life span of actuator.
3. The space among coupling rods can be adjusted. The consistency of blade open-closed of single damper is good.
